These Terms govern the use of the EVNZA Vendor Platform. Please read them carefully before registering as a vendor.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Evnza Vendor Platform ("Platform"), operated by Evnza Technologies ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). By registering as a vendor, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

Eligibility & Legal Status

  • Vendor must be at least 18 years old.
  • Vendor must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
  • Vendor must operate a legitimate business.
  • Vendor may be GST Registered or Non-GST Registered.
  • Vendor must provide PAN, GSTIN (if applicable), and bank details.

Vendor Verification & Approval

  • All vendors are subject to verification.
  • Evnza can approve or reject any vendor.

Platform Role

  • Evnza acts as an intermediary.
  • Full rights to monitor vendor activity, orders, and interactions.

Vendor Obligations

  • Provide accurate listings.
  • Deliver quality service.
  • Avoid fraud and misleading practices.

Commission & Wallet System

  • 10% commission on each order.
  • Earnings go to wallet.
  • Withdrawal via request.

Tax & Financial Responsibility

Vendor is responsible for GST, taxes, and invoices.

Cancellation & Refunds

As per Evnza policy and applicable government law.

Fraud & Legal Action

Fraud may result in suspension and legal action.

Account Termination

Account can be terminated anytime for violations.

Monitoring Rights

Evnza reserves full monitoring rights.

Data Collection

Personal, business, and financial data may be collected.

App Store Compliance

Must follow Google Play and Apple policy requirements.

Third-Party Services

Payment gateways and cloud services are used.

Limitation of Liability

Evnza is not responsible for disputes or losses.

Indemnification

Vendor is responsible for legal claims resulting from their actions.

Modifications

Terms may be updated at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with Bengaluru jurisdiction.
